Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy is important to us. If you want to delete your personal data associated with our Christophers Genie, please follow the steps below:

Send Us an Email

Send an email to support@gmistudios.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In the body of your email, please include:

  • Your unique user code (as used in the game, if applicable)
  • Your Facebook user ID (if you used Facebook Login) or the email associated with your account
  • A brief statement that you would like all your personal data deleted

Verification

We may reach out to confirm your identity and ensure the correct account data is deleted. Please respond promptly to any requests for additional information.

Data Deletion

Once we verify your request, we will delete your data from our servers and records. This process typically takes 14 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.

Important Notes

  • Deletion of your data is permanent and irreversible.
  • If you decide to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
